Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AlbumFlow platform operated by DesigningSolution at designingsolution.in (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AlbumFlow is a SaaS platform that lets photo-album/print vendors receive customer orders via a QR code, manage billing, and automatically generate print-ready album PDFs.

2. Vendor accounts

• You must provide accurate business details and a valid email address to register.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or misuse the Service.

3. Customer submissions

Vendors are solely responsible for the content their customers submit through their QR code, including ensuring they have the right to print and use any photos submitted. DesigningSolution is not responsible for the accuracy of Order IDs or content submitted by customers.

4. Subscriptions and account balance

• Vendors may subscribe to a paid plan or use a prepaid account balance to pay for PDF generation, as described on the platform.
• Fees, included quotas, and per-PDF pricing are shown on the platform before purchase and may change with notice.
• The account balance is a closed-loop credit usable only for PDF-generation charges on your own account — it is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Subscriptions renew and balance debits occur automatically based on usage, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload content you do not have rights to.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Use another vendor's QR code or account without authorization.

7. Intellectual property

The AlbumFlow platform, its software, and branding are the property of DesigningSolution. Photos and order content remain the property of the vendor/customer who submitted them.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesigningSolution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
