DesigningSolution ("we", "us", "our") operates the AlbumFlow platform at designingsolution.in (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

From vendors who register on our platform, we collect:

• Business name, email address, phone number, and password (stored encrypted).
• Billing and subscription details, prepaid account balance, and transaction history.
• Order data entered or uploaded by the vendor and their customers.

From customers who submit an order via a vendor's QR code, we collect an Order ID, an optional phone number, product type, and the photos uploaded for printing. Customers do not need to create an account or log in.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank account details. All payments are processed directly by our payment partner, Razorpay, under their own security standards.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage vendor accounts and process customer orders.
• To generate print-ready album PDFs from uploaded photos.
• To process payments, subscriptions, and account balance top-ups via Razorpay.
• To send account, billing, and order-related emails (e.g. verification, low-balance alerts).
• To detect fraud, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform, namely Razorpay (payment processing) and our email delivery provider. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Photo storage

Photos uploaded by customers are stored securely and used solely to generate the print-ready album PDF for the corresponding order. Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use and print the photos submitted through their QR code.

5. Data security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted passwords and HTTPS, to protect your data. Access to vendor and order data is restricted to authenticated accounts.

6. Data retention

We retain account, order, and billing records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as required for accounting, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to us at the email below, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations.

8. Cookies

We use minimal cookies/local storage strictly to keep you logged in to your vendor or admin session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date on this page.
